Cancellation Policy

All payments made for Psycon 2026 registrations are final, non-refundable, and non-adjustable. Once registered, participants are not eligible to cancel their registration or receive any refund.

Registration & Payment Terms

• All registration fees paid are strictly non-refundable
• Participants are advised not to pay any amount other than the prescribed registration fee
• Registrations may be canceled if the fee paid is insufficient
• Registrations may be canceled if false or misleading identity details are submitted

Transfers

Transfer of registration from one individual to another is not permitted under any circumstances.

Event Changes & Force Majeure

Psycon 2026 shall not be held liable for delays, postponements, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or other “Acts of God.”

In such cases, the event may be postponed, and registered participants will be provided the option to attend the rescheduled event.
